1. Prices and Discounts

The prices are per room and night.

The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (1,70 € per day and person above 14 years of age)

2. Discounts for children

Kids until 3,99 years are free.
Kids from 4-14 years receive a reduction of 30%.

3. Pets

We don’t accept animals!

4. Booking

We welcome written reservations via e-mail.

In the high season and for group reservations the booking can be considered binding only upon down payment and booking confirmation receipt. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.

5. Additional charges and terms of payment

Garage: 13,00 € / day. Garage with charging station for electric cars.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 3.000 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer. All credit cards (except American Express and Diners Club International).

6. Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day the apartment will ready for you starting from 2 p.m. Of course, you can also arrive earlier,  but the accommodations will ready for you only at 2 p.m. Reception is open until 11 p.m. Check-in is also possible after 11 p.m. with Pin Code (external safe).

Departure: On departure day, please leave your apartment not later than 10.30 a.m. Other times are possible upon request.

7. Cancellation

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

8. Exlusion of liability
