The elected members of the volunteer board consists of the Ortspräses, the chairman, three board members and four boards of directors.
 

The house is run by an executive director, the additional 22 employees in part-or full-time standing to the side.

The Kolping House Association, Bolzano is a registered by the provincial government together with 30 members.
